Retreat Pricing & How to Book
We believe in complete transparency around pricing. This page outlines the cost of every retreat we offer at Alma healing Center, what is included, and exactly how to secure your place.

Prices for multi-day retreats include accommodation, all meals, ceremonies, transport to and from the Quito area, and pre/post-retreat support. Airfare is not included.
How to book
Email us at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with the retreat you're interested in and your preferred dates. We'll respond within 24–48 hours.
We'll send you a brief health questionnaire. This is required before we can confirm your place. For most people this is straightforward; for those with complex medical or medication histories, we may arrange a short call with Paulina.
Once screening is complete, we confirm your place with a deposit (50%). The balance is due 2 weeks before the retreat start date.
Once you're confirmed, we send you a full preparation guide: diet guidelines, packing list, logistics details, and what to expect.
Payment methods
We accept Venmo, Wise, Paypal, bank transfer (international wire), and cash in USD on arrival (deposits must me transferred prior to arrival, however). For participants who need a payment plan, we are happy to arrange installments — just ask when you inquire.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations received 60 days (or more) of retreat date (from day 1) will incur a penalty of 30% per person. Cancellations received 31 – 60 days of retreat date (from day 1) will incur a penalty of 50% per person. Cancellations received within 30 days of retreat date (from day 1) are non-refundable.
