Alma Retreat Center Refund and Cancellation Policy

To register, you’re expected to pay a minimum of 50% of the total cost of the retreat. Your spot is reserved with a deposit on a first-come, first-served basis.

The following 50% is paid at least 1 week prior to the retreat or ceremony.

For participants of the 4 day ayahuasca retreats, in case of emergency or change of plans, you have up to 1 year to realize your trip. This does not apply to participants of the overnight / 2 day ayahuasca retreats.

Once you arrive to the retreat, we do not offer refunds, no exceptions. Participants are expected to have adhered to all agreements from the intake questionnaire, unless otherwise discussed. Given our remote location and commitment to safety, we reserve the right to withhold plant medicines if these agreements have not been followed. This is crucial for individual safety and the well-being of the entire group. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Payments can be made via Paypal, Wise, or an international bank transfer (EU or USA).

  • Cancellations received 60 days (or more) of retreat date (from day 1) will incur a penalty of 30% per person.
  • Cancellations received 31 – 60 days of retreat date (from day 1) will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
  • Cancellations received within 30 days of retreat date (from day 1) are non-refundable.
